This policy explains what Eye Lounge ("we") does with the information you share on eyelounge.in.
What we collect
- Eye test bookings, product enquiries and messages: your name, mobile number, email address (optional), the store you choose, the product you ask about, your preferred date and time, and anything you write to us.
- Technical data: like every website, our server records basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser) to keep the site secure and to stop spam.
Please do not send prescriptions or medical reports through the website forms. Bring them to the store instead.
How we use it
- To call or message you about your eye test, your enquiry or your question.
- To keep the frame you asked about ready for you at the store.
- We do not sell or rent your details to anyone, and we do not use them for advertising.
Keeping it safe
Your details are stored on secure servers and only our staff can see them. We keep them only as long as they are needed.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies. If we turn on Google Analytics, it counts visits anonymously.
